What the law imposes
On player protection, Belgium sits more firmly than players tend to expect and you feel it on the first deposit. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week.
The Gaming Commission keeps one central exclusion register in EPIS: the exclusion applies instantly across the whole licensed landscape. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. The bar has stood at 21 since 1 September 2024, lottery aside; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
